For the past 25 years Daniela has been an international executive and built an amazing Rolodex of contacts. Working for Kodak in Germany, England and the US, and working with executives from all over the world, she has honed her communication and negotiating skills. She has coached Thunderbird alumni for the past 10 years and is closely linked to the their international network of 38,000 graduates. Daniela is a global entrepreneur, coach, investor and author, and passionate about bridging cultures and coaching international executives to reach beyond their potential.

Daniela graduated with a BA from the USC Annaberg School of Journalism and an MBA from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. She also attended Coach U and currently holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation.

Two of Elizabeth’s greatest loves are the written word and cultural adventures. Blessedly, life has given her plenty of opportunity to enjoy both. A native of the American Deep South, she has lived, studied, and worked in eight countries and still dreams of the ones she’s yet to experience. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s in Literature from Auburn University and a Master’s in International Management from Thunderbird. Currently living in India, she is a freelance writer and business consultant.
